What methods of payment do you accept?

* PayPal (PayPal account not needed)
* Credit Card over the phone
* Request an invoice through GoogleCheckout
* Check, Money Order (project will not begin until payment clears, usually 7-10 business days)
* Cash

Any project under $500.00 must be paid in full before beginning. Projects over $500.00 require a 75% deposit or a minimum deposit of $500.00. Balance due on any project must be paid in full before files are delivered and/or installed and will be paid by the same method used to pay deposit.

You will be billed monthly for your hosting services if you wish to pay monthly. All you need to do is pay your invoice when due. Payment must be received within 10 days of due date, or account will be suspended.

For most design projects:

100% refund of total paid if project has not been started.
50% refund of total paid if mockups have been started or delivered.
25% refund of total paid if mockups have been approved, and coding has been started.
0% refund of total paid if project has been completely coded, installed or delivered.

For hosting accounts:

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on hosting services if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of signup. This applies to new accounts only. Refunds will be either given by PayPal, or company check.

SSLs and dedicated ISPs are not refundable.

KDWHD reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.
