Order and pay for product.

We will send you a questionnaire that will help us begin your project within 48 hours of cleared deposit or full payment. You will need to send this back before we can get started.

Mockups will be created and sent to you for your approval. Revisions can take up to 48 hours depending on complexity.

HTML files will be coded from approved mockups (no revisions are allowed at this stage). You MUST have your eBay store opened, all store categories setup, and any additional pages activated. There will be a minimum $50 charge if we have to do this for you.

If you have asked for your terms or other information to be hard coded into the template, we must have the copy in TXT format before we can finish coding. There will be an additional charge of $35 to format tables such as size charts. If we do not have all the information needed, your project could be delayed. Coded files will uploaded and links sent by email for you to view your project in working format to check the links and spelling.

Minor revisions and changes will be made (this does not include any graphic or layout changes) until project is completed.

If you only paid a deposit on your project, and/or have incurred additional charges, final payment will be invoiced.

After final invoice is paid finished files will be scheduled for installation and/or delivered to you in a ZIP file.

Note: Once your store is installed, we provide free support for 7 days which includes minor changes such as link changes and typos. We will not make any design changes or change out any images. You are free to make any changes yourself to your files depending on your HTML skills. Please note that we charge a fee of $35 if you ask us to fix code you tried to modify after we install your store and deliver your template, even if it is within the 7 days free support. Updates to eBay projects will be charged at hourly rates of $35 an hour. If you wish to host your own CSS/JS files (you must have a Web hosting account), we will not be responsible if the Store/Template stops displaying properly because of changes made by eBay.

You will need to have a hosting account to host your images and photos. Your account will have to be set up before we can complete your project. This can be either your own domain hosting with FTP access, or an image hosting service that can accept.gif, .jpg and .png file formats. It is important that your hosting service does not rename or resize the images when uploading. We do offer Web Hosting services, or see our Resource page for image hosting services. We host all CSS/JS files associated with your project.

Any project under $500.00 must be paid in full before beginning. Projects over $500.00 require a 75% deposit or a minimum deposit of $500.00. Balance due on any project must be paid in full before files are delivered and/or installed.

You can click on any of the "add to cart" buttons and pay the total amount through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account), we can invoice you through GoogleCheckout, or we take most major Credit Cards over the phone. If a balance is owed, the same method used to pay deposit will be used to pay balance. Refunds will be either given by PayPal, or company check. We also accept eChecks, checks, money orders and cash, but project will not begin until payment clears, usually 7-10 business days.

Refunds

100% refund of total paid if project has not been started.
50% refund of total paid if mockups have been started or delivered.
25% refund of total paid if mockups have been approved, and coding has been started.
0% refund of total paid if project has been installed/delivered.

The entire risk as to the quality and performance of any design projects is with the Client. In no event will KDWHD be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including, but not limited to, service interruptions caused by Acts of God, the Hosting Service or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the project, failure of any service provider, of any telecommunications carrier, of the internet backbone, of any internet servers, your or your site visitor’s computer or internet software, even if KDWHD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If Client hosts any CSS/JS files associated with any eBay project, KDWHD will not be held liable for eBay projects not displaying properly, and will not be responsible for updating said files if eBay changes their coding.

The Client unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to KDWHD for inclusion in any project are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, indemnify and defend KDWHD from any liability (including attorney’s fees and court costs), including any claim or suit, threatened or actual, arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.

Copyright to the finished projects produced by KDWHD will be owned by KDWHD. The Client will be assigned rights to use the projects once final payment under this agreement and any additional charges incurred have been paid. Rights to source code, work-up files, and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the Client, and remain the property of their respective owners. All projects will contain a link to KDWHD unless requested otherwise.
