Q: How do I cancel my account? To cancel your account, please use our contact form and supply us with your domain name and request for cancellation. You will receive an email confirming we have your request. Once you know we have your request, please allow us 24 hours to verify your identity and close your account. Your account will remain active until you receive our second email confirming your account was canceled successfully.

If you are cancelling an eBay Hosting Account, your eBay store and listings will no longer appear or function correctly.

Q: What is your refund policy? We refund a pro-rated amount for yearly hosting plans when you have not used the time for which you paid. SSLs and dedicated IPs are not refundable. Violations of the Terms of Service will waive any and all refunds.

We set up hosting accounts within 1 business day after receiving notice of payment and required information. Dedicated IPs and SSL require 2 to 3 business days after hosting account is set up.

We will send you a welcome email after your account is activated which will contain all your account information. Once you set your DSN, it generaly takes 24 to 72 hours for your domain to point to your new hosting account.
